Partner Software Application

Partner software or line of business applications, such as invoice processing or medical records management systems, integrate with our APIs to create a seamless, end-to-end solution. 

  • Simplify invoice processing workflows with an easy on-ramp to get receipts, invoices, and other documents directly into business systems
  • File HR records securely and with peace of mind as documents receive real-time feedback and verification

KODAK INfuse Management Software

The KODAK INfuse Management software makes it easy to manage the fleet, set-up workflows, configure devices, and allocate licenses—all hosted and operated by the partner. 

  • Simply apply the INfuse license to the Management Software in your cloud and then deploy the scanners
  • End users simply scan an easy set-up sheet provided by the partner; they are up and running immediately, with no training required. This significantly reduces upfront costs and ongoing management costs
  • Ship the setup sheets out in a box to each customer site and use them to connect and download the dedicated application process flows

KODAK INfuse AX Scanner

The KODAK INfuse AX Scanner offers enterprise-level security, including a separate data path and control path to isolate confidential content for secure transmission. 

  • Easily configure the scanner to carry the partner’s branding on its display
  • Get the same industry-leading image quality and paper scanning performance that you expect from any Kodak Alaris device
  • Secure solution with optional LDAP and Card Reader support; not requiring a connected PC significantly reduces attack surface for greater peace of mind
  • All data and metadata are transferred independently of the management software (one stream could contain secure data and you need to keep it away from the management and administration layer)
  • Custom messaging can be sent back to the scanner user, such as “Page 3 missing a signature” or “Missing PO Number” to ensure data integrity and prevent costly re-work
