The Premium plan provides exceptional convenience and value for mission-critical applications. When productivity and business continuity are of maximum importance, the Premium plan provides additional preventative maintenance visits and priority response.
Replacement Plans
Kodak Alaris replacement plans make it easy to get back to high productivity. Depending on your location, our service team will quickly evaluate your scanning needs and make sure you’re up and running again as soon as possible.
Once a replacement is deemed necessary, Kodak Alaris will send you a replacement unit in top working order. Once the replacement unit is received and installed, simply return the replaced unit in our postage-paid packaging.
Kodak Alaris offers a convenient turnaround service called Depot Repair. Our certified technicians will repair your scanner at our local depot facility and return the device quickly so you can get back to scanning business documents as soon as possible.
