Kathy Clas

Interim President and Vice President, Global Operations

Kathy Clas is the Interim President and Vice President, Global Operations for the Alaris division of Kodak Alaris. She leads a global team responsible for finished goods and parts planning, manufacturing, inventory management, supply chain, and logistics along with a team responsible for business governance and sales force effectiveness. This includes sales forecasting, reporting, process optimization, incentive design and administration as well as channel program management, sales and marketing technology platform development and go-to-market analytics.

Clas has held numerous senior leadership positions in her 40-plus years with Kodak Alaris and Eastman Kodak Company. Most recently, she served as Director of Global Strategic Accounts at Kodak Alaris where she established a new strategic accounts business and structure. Other key positions were Director of Global Service, Retail business, where she drove significant improvement in the growth and profitability of the service business and Operations Director for an optical manufacturing start-up business.

An energetic, motivational and collaborative leader, Clas excels in building multi-functional international teams and driving the development and execution of profitable business strategies. She has experience in a variety of business functions including finance, manufacturing, R&D, sales, service and operations. One of her great passions is building community outreach strategies for businesses, as evidenced by her leadership of Alaris’ Corporate Social Responsibility program.

Clas completed the Executive Leadership Program for Women at Smith College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and economics from the State University of New York College at Cortland. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time on the Finger Lakes with friends and family, playing golf and tennis, and boating.

Cassio Vaquero headshot

Cassio Vaquero 

Vice President, Global Sales 

Cássio Vaquero is Vice President of Global Sales for Alaris, a Kodak Alaris business. In this role, Vaquero is responsible for the worldwide delivery of document scanners and information management software and solutions across key sectors such as banking, healthcare, insurance, government and business process outsourcing. 

Previously, Cássio was Regional Business General Manager, Emerging Markets for Kodak Alaris’ Information Management division, with operational responsibility for the Asia Pacific and Latin American regions. 

Cássio earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo). He has held leadership roles for the company in Brazil, Mexico, China, Singapore, India, Japan and now Rochester, New York.


Harlyn Hanson 

Vice President, Global Services 

Harlyn Hanson is Vice President of Global Services for the Alaris division of Kodak Alaris. The Kodak Alaris Global Services organization drives continued customer uptime, reliability, education and consultative/adoption services to improve customer efficiency, productivity and overall customer satisfaction. The service business teams are responsible for well over 120,000 scanners from Kodak Alaris and OEMs, and adjacent services businesses around the world. With first-time fix rates greater than 90%, this ensures minimum interruption to customers’ day-to-day business. Harlyn has held senior management and other leadership positions with Kodak Alaris, including most recently Service Director for the Americas region. 

Harlyn remains passionate about the growth and transformation of service offerings to ensure Kodak Alaris meets and exceeds the ever-changing needs of customers. He continues to drive positive customer outcomes by expanding Professional Services offerings, driving customer uptime to even higher levels, further detailing the reach of service enhancement tools/functions, and balancing Kodak Alaris’ robust escalation and remote service processes. All this to enhance the customer experience and ensure that “Kodak Alaris-Partner-End Customer” relationships continue to expand. 

Harlyn is a veteran who served four years in the United States Air Force. His studies included numerous leadership and Community College of the Air Force courses, general studies at LSU-Shreveport in Louisiana, and he is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology. He lives in Minnesota with his wife Traci and has two adult children. Harlyn enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and partaking in nearly all outdoor activities, and he is always looking for personal and professional developmental opportunities via reading and attending conferences.

Brian Keery Headshot

Brian Keery 

Senior Vice President of Technology and Solutions 

Brian Keery is Senior Vice President of Technology and Solutions for the Alaris division of Kodak Alaris. In this role, he oversees research and development including technical product management, hardware product development, enterprise software product development, Cloud/IoT service operations and advanced imaging research. 

Previously, he served as Senior Director, Software R&D for Kodak Alaris, where he was responsible for software product development and technology lifecycle management. Brian has over 25 years of experience in the practical application of technology to business challenges, especially in the areas of cloud connected ecosystems, business intelligence and machine learning. 

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and applied mathematics from the University of Rochester. He resides in Spencerport, New York, with his wife Diana, two daughters and four dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring antique cider presses, crafting hard cider, general wood-working projects, and tending to his large organic garden.


Sue Rodeman 

Vice President of Global Marketing 

Sue Rodeman is the Vice President of Global Marketing for the Alaris division of Kodak Alaris. With a team of marketers across the globe, she leads all marketing functions including brand, portfolio marketing, PR, channel programs, demand generation, web, sales enablement and internal communications. She is passionate about ensuring strong alignment with sales, positive engagement with partners and customers, and driving continual personal, team and organizational improvement. 

Sue has 25+ years of business and leadership experience, primarily with B2B software. Prior to joining Kodak Alaris in 2017, Sue was VP for a cloud-based e-learning content and technology provider, where she led the product management, product marketing, sales support and implementation services teams. She was also involved in developing strategic partnerships, evaluating product acquisitions, and integrating employees, technology and customers pre- and post-corporate M&A. 

Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Dayton. She grew up in the Midwest, but resides in Rochester, where she’s raising two boys with her husband Chris. She is an avid sport fan and enjoys live music, boating on the Finger Lakes, and traveling.

Gary Masters 

Director of Finance 

Gary Masters is the Global Finance Director of the Alaris division of Kodak Alaris. He leads a global finance team focused on enhanced forecasting, detailed reporting and value-added analysis. 

Prior to this role, he served as the Finance Director for the Industrial Films & Chemicals division at Eastman Kodak Company (EKC) for the last four years. Gary has over 20 years of experience in Finance Management from positions at EKC, Carestream, Gleason Corporation, One Communications and Sutherland. 

Gary holds an Executive MBA in Business Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. John Fisher College. He is based at the U.S. headquarters of Kodak Alaris in Rochester, New York.


James Garceau 

Corporate Counsel 

James Garceau is Corporate Counsel for the Alaris division of Kodak Alaris. In this role, James is responsible for providing pragmatic and strategic legal advice to the business.

James also serves as Kodak Alaris’s Data Protection Officer, ensuring that adequate protections are afforded to the processing of personal data, and that the company’s practices comply with applicable global privacy laws. 

James earned his Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, his bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology from Canisius College, and is a licensed member of the Illinois Bar. 

James is a native of upstate New York, and currently resides in the Greater Rochester area. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, cooking and spending time outdoors.

Krissy Conley Headshot

Krissy Conley 

Global Human Resources Business Partner 

Krissy Conley was appointed Global Human Resources Business Partner for the Alaris division of Kodak Alaris in February 2022. She takes on this role in addition to her current US HR Operations and Global Relocation/Mobility roles. 

Krissy has over 20 years of experience working in various business partner, generalist and HR support roles. Prior to joining Kodak Alaris in 2013, Krissy worked as a Human Resources Manager for Eastman Kodak Company and Creo after starting her career in Human Resources at King & Bishop. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, global immigration/mobility and performance management. 

Krissy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and is based in Massachusetts.
