Thanks to ADDIS Technologies, an integrator partner of Kodak Alaris solutions, LNSE has opted for a duo of tailor-made solutions:
· the Kodak i5850s scanner, which allows documents to be digitized after prior sorting with separator patches and provides several output trays (thus avoiding a new sorting phase after digitization). In addition to offering high image quality, it limits the weight of scanned documents as much as possible. All with a widely acclaimed ease of use;
· and Kodak Capture Pro software, which has the ability to automatically name, index and classify scanned documents, helping to increase user productivity. For example, 70% of indexing is already done automatically thanks to Kodak Capture Pro software. In addition, thanks to its APIs, the solution offers the possibility of developing it to interconnect it with other business tools.

From now on, thanks to the combination of Kodak i5850s scanner solutions and Kodak Capture Pro software, it is possible to distinguish on the one hand the scanned documents, i.e. the customer's content which, once it has left the scanner, can be put in an archive box if necessary, returned to the customer or sent for destruction according to his needs. And on the other hand, in the output trays, all the patches, separators and barcodes that can be reused later. A process that avoids reprinting, thus contributing to respect for the planet.
Thanks to the Kodak Alaris solution deployed by ADDIS Technologies, LNSE can increase its production volume while guaranteeing expertise and quality customer relations.
