Dongle Conversion Request

To eliminate the need for a hardware key with your existing Capture Pro license, please provide the following information. You will be contacted by Kodak Alaris Customer Service to complete the transaction and you must provide a valid email address.

This conversion may only be performed on a system where KODAK Capture Pro Software has already been successfully installed.

The license to be converted must be under a valid Software Assurance agreement.

To ensure a smooth transition, we highly recommend you upgrade to the latest version of Capture Pro Software while your hardware key is still connected.
